Nobody likes talking about body odour but it’s a daily reality for millions of people.Body odour is a common and natural occurrence, but it can be embarrassing or uncomfortable at times. Understanding how to manage them can help you maintain your confidence and personal hygiene.

Here are some ways to outsmart Body oduor

  • After a bath or shower,DRY every part of your body thoroughly. Pay special attention to your armpits,groin,folds of the skins and the areas between the toes.
  • SHAVE your armpits every week and WASH your hair, wig and weave as often as needed since body oduor loves to cling to hair.
  • Wear clean BREATHABLE fabrics such as cotton silk and wool to help absorb moisture and keep the skin dry.
  • Eat GREENS. Chlorophyll, which gives green vegetables their lovely rich colour,combats body oduor and also reduces indigestion and gas.
  • Drink WATER. It helps to flush smelly toxins from the body.
