Practice makes perfect.

Ever got to a point where you doubted yourself that you could not make it? Simply because you are afraid to try or just fail. Here is my story.

I ever had an interest in graphics and designs and also photography, so since I was on holiday, I decided to take classes to perfect my skills. Guess what! I was assigned a project where everyone was supposed to design a magazine of their own. The magazine was supposed to be 10 pages, so on the first page you were to give the title of your own magazine and choose any niche you want to talk about in your magazine. Since I love things to do with beauty and glam, I went for it. My magazine was about “Beauty and Glam.”

At first, I doubted if I was going to make it, having seen the work of my other colleagues. I chose to give it a try by learning on YouTube from people who do the same.

1. first day in learning.

I almost quit and gave up. The process was tough being the first day. I had an idea of what I wanted my magazine to look like but didn't have an idea how I was going to do it to make it perfect. I embarked on a journey of learning, tried to create it, but still failed.

2. Started learning and even made a color swatch.
